We were very pleased with the timely manner of getting a quote and of the quote itself. Extremely pleased with the crew that came and did the job they were courteous and did a great job all the way through. Service after the job is the reason for the 4 stars. Everything was exceptional from meeting Tom and team at the Home Show, scheduling and choosing the color for the roof.  Team worked HARD for about 9 1/2 hours. RSR Residential is awesome ! We had problems with our roof and ventilation. Rob was very professional and polite and very helpful to us. He was honest and told us not to waste money on some things. We had another company work on this five years ago and had problems ever since. Rob found the cause and fixed it all at a very reasonable cost. He actually stayed the whole job with his project manager while the crew did an outstanding job. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Absolutely outstanding work. We got our roof replaced on our Victorian in August of this year. Every step in the process was full of transparency, empathy, and excellent customer care. The crew was incredibly efficient, polite, and received extra water and sports drinks with grace. They were incredibly quick on our old Victorian, and completed the roof in one and a half days, including an exquisite cleanup job throughout the whole process. I found one nail and two small pieces of asphalt shingle over a month later because they had rolled underneath personal items left on our porch. I will absolutely stumble over myself for years recommending this company! Norwich, CT
